PROGRAMMING
I offer multiple remote programs depending on your needs:
-Choose a 3 or 4 day ongoing Barbell Club Program designed for dedicated lifters.
-Using lifting to supplement your current fitness? I offer an ongoing 3-day weightlifting program for fitness athletes that focuses exclusively on the technical lifts.
-Weightlifting Foundations is a 6 month 3-day program for NOVICE lifters that comes complete with video review an online technique course and progressive programming designed to take you from complete novice to full-fledged lifter.
-Individual Remote Coaching. This option is reserved for athletes who have very specific goals that require individual programming and can benefit from frequent remote coaching.
LOCAL CLUBS in NYC
I am the head coach at SPOT Barbell, located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
Practices run on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:30 and 10am.
I am also the support coach at Brooklyn Training Hall in East Williamsburg. I oversee practice for novice- elite lifters on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm.
