My name is Julia and I believe better people and better athletes.

From the time I was 15, I have been a coach. Having spent 8+ years coaching competitive gymnastics before being introduced to weight training, I have seen a lot and learned a lot. There is nothing more powerful than training & teamwork. Weightlifting allowed me to find in adults what I had always seen in children: passion for self improvement, commitment to craft and connection with others. From mobility, nutrition and mindset training, to technique, programming and community, I provide lifters with the resources to be their best in the gym and in life.
